Full time Experience office assistant / Clerk is required in UAE Dubai.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preferred candidates should be able to update existing customer information and also make follow up on leads and maintain customer database when at the work place.
- Selected applicants should be able to handle customer inquiries both over the phone and by email and give the necessary assistance to the clients when at work.
- Ideal candidates should be able to support Customers by providing best level of care for products and services that are offered at the work place keeping them in a safe working condition.
- Interested applicants should be able to maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices that are followed when at work.
- Candidates should be able to handle every call well and transfer and also resolve clients complains about the service in a very good and effective manner when at work.
Only Asian nationalists like Indian, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri lanka and Philippine should apply for the post,those from other nations should not apply selected candidates will be provided with Dubai Visa and he have to work any where in Dubai.
